Sony's PNSC President to Keynote at ImageScape 2000 - 'New Frontiers in Digital Sight and Sound' During Fall Comdex

InfoTrends Research Group, Inc. today announced that Mark Viken, president of the Personal Network Solutions Company (PNSC) of Sony Consumer Electronics, will be the keynote speaker at ImageScape (TM) 2000 - "New Frontiers in Digital Sight and Sound," during Fall Comdex in Las Vegas. Mark Viken's role as president of Sony's PNS company spans the Digital Imaging and VAIO (Video Audio Integrated Operation) divisions, and technologies such as i.LINK. He is also the task force leader for Sony's Memory Stick media initiatives. Prior to his current role, Viken directed Sony Electronics' business development and marketing of camcorders, digital cameras, and digital imaging services, as vice president of the Digital Imaging Division. Prior to that, he was instrumental in establishing Sony's leading market position in the portable audio business as senior vice president of Personal Audio/Video Marketing.
